On July 25, 2025, SYNO-ELECTRIC and Biglss officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will focus on developing customized visualization solutions across the entire power equipment manufacturing process, aiming to improve production efficiency, strengthen safety controls, and standardize on-site management, injecting new vitality into modern management for the power equipment industry.

Biglss, a leading provider of lean management consulting services in China, will meticulously develop three core visualization modules based on the unique characteristics of power equipment manufacturing. In the production workshop, a visual dashboard will be installed for the transformer production process, displaying real-time production progress.

Equipment operating status signage will be installed to clearly indicate equipment status. A safety warning system for high-voltage components will also be implemented to ensure safe production and provide complete transparency across all production process standards. Warehousing and logistics operations will also undergo innovations, with a color-coded management system for raw materials such as silicon steel sheets. Combined with inventory warning dashboards and import and export material tracking labels, this will significantly improve material turnover efficiency and optimize warehousing and logistics processes. At the power engineering site, illustrated instructions for high and low voltage equipment operation specifications, risk classification signs for confined space operations, and a guide system for emergency response procedures will be designed to comprehensively strengthen safety management on the construction site and ensure smooth progress.

Another highlight of the collaboration is the joint planning of a new energy charging facility exhibition area. This rich visual element vividly showcases the charging station operation process and intelligent management system, helping SYNO-ELECTRIC further expand its new energy business and seize opportunities in the field.

For SYNO-ELECTRIC, this collaboration represents a major breakthrough in its management upgrade. Biglss, leveraging its extensive experience in the power industry, is promoting the implementation of visualization standards across the entire "R&D - Production - Engineering" chain. This will help SYNO-ELECTRIC further improve production capacity accuracy in transformer manufacturing and establish a standardized management model for new energy charging facility operations.
