Unlike conventional transformers that rely on heavy magnetic cores, an SST utilizes advanced power electronics and high-frequency conversion technology. This allows for precise voltage control, bidirectional power flow, and seamless integration between AC and DC power networks.
High-Power Density: Designed with 10kV AC input and 750V DC output, enabling direct connection between high-voltage distribution lines and DC fast-charging stations or energy storage systems.
Bidirectional Power Flow: Enables smart grid balancing, allowing power to flow efficiently to and from renewable generation sites and local microgrids.
Compact & Modular Architecture: Significantly reduces physical volume and weight while improving system intelligence and remote diagnostic capabilities.
